Traveling to the United States
Please check the requirements for a visa carefully (e.g. passport valid for 6 months, invitation letters, etc.). In some countries, invitation letters are required for the visa process. We provide signed invitations to our registered participants upon request. If an invitation letter is required, please first register for the conference and then email Shaun Canavan <scanavan@usf.edu>. Subject of email: “FG 2025 Invitation Letter”. Body should include the following:
- Name
- Title
- Company/Affiliation
- Address (City, State, Zip/Postal Code, Country)
- Email address
- Registration information (Paper ID/title if available)
