All accepted (main conference) papers MUST have at least one full (non-student) registration no later than the early registration deadline (4/21/2025). A student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. A student registration does not cover a paper.
One full (member or non-member) registration covers 1 main conference paper + 1 workshop paper. Workshop papers can also be covered by a student registration. Workshop registrations are valid for 1 day for the day of the selected workshop and also cover 1 workshop paper. No social events are included in the workshop registration.
Please note that the “Workshop only registrations” represent 1-day registrations that include entry to all workshops and short courses on a selected day. These 1-day registrations do not cover attendance at the main FG 2025 conference or any social events.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed:
- Cancellations received until April 10, 2025 – 50% will be refunded
- From April 10, 2025 – no refund will be made.
